User story mapping is a visual exercise that helps product owners or product managers and Agile teams understand the user journey and split it into various stories for their development team/s.

This tool helps in facilitating the conversation on the user journey, scope of the product, priorities and different releases… The story map becomes an input to your product backlog.

The session will introduce you to the concept of User story mapping, the steps to build a map and typical pitfalls and share our learnings from our past experiences
