Fabric releases a new version of the Star Track Express Portal

A new version of the Star Track Express Customer Portal has been released this past month. Star Track Express and Fabric's teams have worked together with Tibco and Teradata to collaboratively build several enhancements into the Portal. The enhancements include new usability features and close to an order of magnitude performance improvements to the online despatcher.

Derek Hafer, Fabric's Service Delivery Manager for NSW commented, "As products start being actively used, customer and user feedback provide opportunities for improvement. This ongoing process of listening to the customers and reacting to their feedback is what drives a product's evolution and takes it to the next maturity level", and he continued, "The new version of the Portal is aimed at improving the user experience as a whole, including responsiveness and providing better visual feedback to the users. "
