Fabric launches the new Australian air Express Track & Trace

Australian air Express (AaE), a joint venture between Australia Post and Qantas has launched this month a new version of Track & Trace, its web based consignment tracking system. The application, developed and hosted by Fabric, provides a user-friendly interface while simultaneously increasing the level of detail in the information it provides. James Wheeler, Victorian Service Delivery Manager for Fabric commented, “The new application integrates information from many sources in an extremely intuitive interface”. If logged in, the user can view full proof of delivery information. Track & Trace will be gradually rolled out to current AaE customers who will then begin realising the benefits of the new application.
